know your rights under comon law, it may help so many like me, far to ill to be active , http://www.tpuc.org. takes a while to lrean about yoyr human beings rights under comon law, may help, when atod and dwp, trying to bully and trick you, be careful never to use a phone with dwp always in wrtting and keep coies and no contract under thier unlawful states bills and act, have a look may help someone, and prevent them not have hearm home to live in a food to eat
just as a quick point of clarity – the common law stuff is nonsense, the courts and judiciary dont take much notice of internet conspiracy theorists, do not rely on this kind of stuff to help you, it won’t.
my mum was knocked off employment and support allowance, she had been very depressed as 3 of our close family died unexpectedly. mum went to a atos assessment and got knocked off her benefit that obviously would send her depression deeper. This had a massive impact on our family affecting us all. One week after my mum had a fall on the ice just before Christmas and broke her fibula and tibia, we thought this was a good reason to appeal but we got a letter back the following week saying the appeal was refused because my mums circumstances had not changed (how they come to that conclusion i don’t know). its only now 2 months on with the help of people on forums like this that my mum certainly is entitled to employment and support allowance and all money is being back paid. So if anyone is in the same situation go to as many advice places as possible there is people out there who will help you citizens advice is a good place to start. All this because of a bodged incompetent atos assessment.
